Venue and Travel

For those participants outside the Montreal area, we have secured a block of rooms at the venue for this event (Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth, Montreal) for the nights of April 18th and 19th, 2013 (www.fairmont.com/queen-elizabeth-montreal). Please do not contact the hotel directly, as we have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Please use the accommodations tab on the right hand side under your profile to indicate your accommodation needs. Your confirmation number will be placed there when the booking has been made.

To help control meeting costs, we request that you make reservations as soon as possible to ensure the best rates available.

It is preferred that participants arrange their travel through UNIGLOBE Voyages Lexus, who have been provided a participant list and will charge travel (airfare/train) related expenses directly to the CIHR Institute of Genetics.

Reimbursements following the workshop will be possible upon submission of an expense claim form (PDF) with original receipts and boarding passes.

Expense claims, along with original supporting documentation, must be forwarded to Mary Solana no later than May 20, 2013.
